What is BAG FIX™ - Machine for the application of GRIP FIX™
BAG FIX™ is the machine for applying the liquid anti-slip on the packages and increasing the stability of the pallets even in the absence of the stretch film or the stretch hood. Uncomplicated and robust. BAG FIX™ is a machine capable of adapting to any type of palletizing system :

A multiple choice of BAG FIX™ allows you to find the model suitable for every need and every environment (with heated cabin for cold places, anti-dust for very dusty places, without electricity for some types of palletizers, etc.).
BAG FIX TM are guaranteed for 5 years. They consume as much as a light bulb and can be controlled directly by the PLC of the palletizer. You can also try it for free for 4 weeks .
Working Conditions
BAG FIX™ is able to operate in any type of environment :
- Extremely cold (down to -20°);
- Extremely dusty;
- At risk of explosion;
- In complete absence of electricity.
Warranty
BAG FIX™ is guaranteed for 5 years . The warranty excludes electrical components that can be damaged by voltage peaks or interference and parts subject to wear.
Maintenance
BAG FIX™ does not need daily maintenance . Periodically it is advisable to clean the nozzles or sponges which apply the adhesive with water.
Installation
The installation of BAG FIX™ can be done in different ways:
- through the intervention of a specialized technician from the parent company;
- by the staff of the plant under the supervision of one of our representatives;
- by the factory staff in complete autonomy (only for some models).
At the end of the installation, the personnel responsible for managing the machinery are trained. all this takes place in a maximum of 6 hours of which about 4 of production stoppage.

Special Application for Mills
Solution studied for the application of the anti-slip on stacked bags of flour (4 bags per layer). Two or three guns: one or two apply the anti-slip on the top of the bag, another on the side of the bag to keep the columns aligned and prevent the platform from tipping irreparably. RESULT: The use of less film (50%), and greater stability.
